I bought a used Darex E90 on ebay. I have a diamond wheel for carbide and a CBN wheel for HSS. Most of the time I just sharpen the ends, but sometimes I need to sharpen all of the edges. It takes time to become good at it. I have only used this tool, but having used it, I don't see how you could do a good job (on all edges) without an air spindle.

350. I tried sharpening one on an E90 and it wasn't as simple as sharpening endmills. To be fair, I didn't invest the time to investigate the correct procedure (or contact Darex). We have a Holemaker at work that is designed to sharpen these cutters. It produces good results and is simple to use.
